Introduction

The process involves heating the plastic granules in an injection molding machine until it becomes a flowing liquid, and then injecting it into a mold under pressure. After cooling, the mold is opened to complete the plastic product. Another critical aspect of injection molding is the variability of molds, which necessitates technical expertise and experiential judgment from product designers and manufacturers to ensure excellent control over the product's size, appearance, and precision.
